Six flags Magic Mountain Why did you choose this topic? I chose this topic because I have recently become intrigued by this topic. Six flags Magic Mountain is an Amusement park that was opened in May of 1971. When it opened it was home to 33 rides. The cost to build the park in 1971 was 20 million dollars. It was originally named Magic Mountain until it was bought by six flags eight years later in 1979 and it became known as Six flags Magic Mountain. Out of the 22 original rides seven still remain. As of December 2017 Six flags Magic Mountain is home to 19 rollercoasters which is the most in any amusement park. The original theme of the park was about cute gnomes who lived in a magic mountain. Six flags Magic Mountain is made up of 262 acers.  In 2016 the park placed seventeenth in amusement park attendance in North America. The park in total has 43 rides. Six flags Magic Mountain is home to the world’s first looping roller coaster which is Great American Revolution. Six flags Mag

"We need the courage to START  and CONTINUE  what we should, and the courage to STOP what we shouldnt do."  -Richard L. Evans This quote is saying that we should be able to choose the right over the wrong. Since we are often faced with choosing the right or wrong. We are being told that we need to build up the courage to do the right thing. Since most of us like courage. we need to build up the courage to stand up to the wrong thing. We also need to build up the courage to do the right thing. This quote is important because alot of us dont have the courage to do these things.

“When you tell one Lie, it leads to another” -Paul Hatch This quote is talking about how whenever you tell one lie another is told to cover-up the other. When lying we almost always need a another lie to help cover up the other. Once we begin to lie repeatedly to cover up we begin to lie over and over.  When we lie over and over we become comfortable with lying and we began to lie very often. Then we begin to lie almost half of the time we speak. As a result we begin to become caught in our lies since we lie so often. Then less and less people believe you because you’re lying so much. It is never good to lie because its not the right the thing to do. Lying can also result in police charges and many other bad things. Therefore you should never lie or you may be stung by the ctw scorpion.
