1.       Write specifics how smoking harms you
Your lungs can be very badly affected by smoking. Smoking can cause fatal diseases such as pneumonia, emphysema and lung cancer
2.       Include data statistics and graphs about smoking’s harmful effects.
Smoking causes 84% of deaths from lung cancer and 83% of deaths from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Cigarette smoking kills more than 480,000 Americans each year, with more than 41,000 of these deaths from exposure to secondhand smoke.
3.       What percentage of teens smoke?
23 percent of high school students use tobacco products
4.       How can you promote Non-Smoking?
By creating posters with no smoking on it and telling people the effects of it
                                          
5.Challenge:  Write your commitment and promise to never use tobacco products or smoke, ever.I can’t promise this as there will be a time and a place when I will use a tobacco product.
