This Quote is important since hard work pays off. Many people don't believe it yet Tyler proved this method true. It also makes sense if you hard and get better at something then you will be better at it. Lots of people also do not do this because they are lazy. Since people also believe that they are already good and don't need to do put in extra work. The people that don't work hard also end up becoming haters sometimes because other people are living their dream. In this case it was probably a bigger blessing for Tyler not be just gifted at basketball. It was greater for him because it taught him good work ethic. Out of working hard and training nothing bad can actually come out of it. As a result Hard work does pay off.
